I am on the post-ITA stage, and encountered this error after clicking continue application today.
Since the error code started with "5" indicates a server side issue, it seems to be a problem that IRCC is in charge of. However, I haven't seen any official announcement on twitter yet.
I have tried to clear all browsing data, to use another browser, and to employ a proxy server, but they all failed to make it.
Is there any work around?
