Okay I'm really glad I'm not the only one having this issue. I'm also glad to have this forum to double check :)

I cleared the cache and it made no difference. I guess we just have to wait for IRCC to sort themselves out. I hope it won't affect anyone's deadline.
 
Am still stuck,, cant do anything on the website...
Yeah, more than two days already... waiting to upload the missing documents submit the application

You could also try coming in through a proxy server in a different country. That may send you to a different application server that's actually working.

Sure it can. If the load balancers are set to move traffic from certain IP ranges to a specific set of application servers, and you're consistently hitting one that has a bug.. then coming in from a different country can work.

My company has a similar setup. Large Fortune 150 company, and we have dozens (hundreds?) of application servers, each used for a different region for bandwidth and latency reasons. Of course, I have no idea if CIC does it this way, but then I'm not saying that it will work. I'm saying you can try it. Maybe it'll work.

It is working now. There are few research purpose questions in WORK HISTORY. I just updated that and even got sibling points :)
