50 Points for Job Offer on Closed Work Permit (PNP)

On behalf of a friend:

Hi,

I recently received Ontario PNP (Paper based) and got a closed work permit.

I have been working for this employer for last 2 years and was wondering if I will get 50 points for the arranged employment/job offer.

I was on open work permit for last 3 years.

Will I have to work under this closed work permit for at least a year to get this 50 points?
Its under Federal-Provincial Agreement.

Yes, After working for a year on closed work permit. You can claim 50 points under Job Offer Category.

Three years Canadian work experience should make enough points. What's your friend's current score?
