Hello buddy, I am exactly at the same situation. Do you have any update about it? Can we claim those 50 points extra?

For someone with an LMIA-exempt work permit,
- the employer MUST be named on the work permit
- you must have worked for that employer for one year already,
- you must have a written offer of (future) full-time employment, for at least one year after becoming a permanent resident.

If your employer is not named on the work permit, then the only way you would be eligible for these points is for your employer to get an LMIA...

How does it works? Does someone have an example?

My visa is work permit closed (I mean, my employer is named on my work permit)
I already have one year of work experience.
