I have recently got a refusal letter for my work permit application for not disclosing my previous US refusal and I lost my status. In the refusal letter it says I have to leave the country immediately, it does not say I am banned nor I have the 90 days for restoration. My lawyer believes I have the right to apply for restoration anyway and I did in last month before my 90 days finished. I am waiting for the result now from inside Canada.
My questions are:
how do I know if I got the ban or not in my last application? Do I receive a letter for being banned separately? When it would be?
Can I get ban in my restoration application due to this refusal assuming that I did every other things correctly?
