Today I got a procedural fairness letter stating they have concerns that i may be inadmissible for misrepresentation. My bachelorette were found to be fradulent , however it is genuine .
How to support this and what are the additional documents can be submitted to address thisconern?

I'm assuming you mean baccalaureate. You need to submit anything and everything you have to prove that the degree is genuine. Is it from a reputed school or a diploma mill?

Yes it is a UGC approved university, i have arranged few documents . M worried what if i get a ban of 5 years even after providing documents.
