What does this mean? someone has also received this type of reply.

Your agent or your authorized representative has collected the decision envelope from the VAC/VFS on 18th January.

Unfortunately, you have been refused. If you were approved, the visa office would have requested your passport.

Decision envelope = TRV refusal letter

I got the visa guys... really happy
My BCD travel agent has collected the envelope from VFS on 18 Jan. And i saw the passport with visa stamping on last monday.

There is a catch....when we submit paper based application then we submit the passport as well.

You are correct...i have applied online on 2 august 2018. But when i didnt receive the response...my company asked me to file Paper based application thru VFS. In paper based application i had mentioned that i applied already but didnt get response. I applied thru PB Application on 22 November 2018. And all done on 18 jan 2019.

2. Have you or your wife previously worked/currently work in the defense services, police, a government department, judiciary, etc?

Does a defence services officer (retired) application take longer?

This type of thing is impossible.That one applicant can file 2 applications same time. One paper based and one online its impossible

In India agents can make Canada visa by hands for personally
