5.5 in IELTS, want to increase up to 7

Good day folks,

first time to take an academic IELTS, I got (6 ,6,5,5) SLWR, RESPECTIVELY.

Please advise me how to increase my score for 7 or 7.5.

And is there any ESL program in Canada which lasts for 4 weeks only to push out my score?

Please advise.
