I received ITA today. I have an important question.

I will be out Canada until January 5th.

Can my representative apply for my PR application when I am out of Canada and then I can re-enter to Canada

or should I return to Canada before the deadline and then apply for PR?

As far as I know, the PR application is an online process and many people do it while have never been in Canada.
Why do you think it will a problem if you submit your application while being out of Canada?

I don't see any place to upload any documents except for 7 online forms. Do we need to complete these forms first before we can proceed to the document upload phase?

The thing is a little complex.

I just got ITA today. I'm working in Canada and will leave next week for my home country and don't come back to Canada until I get the PR. I have a work permit valid until July, 2017 (next year), but I have to go back to my country.

My question is:
Can I submit my AOR as CEC outland after I return to my country next week? Is there any negative effect on my application?

Thanks,
Martin

No problem.

I'm a CEC applicant and haven't been in Canada for almost 2 years.

Thanks for whoever compiled this! I will be out of Canada in the next draw and that's when i am expecting an ITA.
I am thinking to get an upfront Medical Exam done so I can apply from outside Canada.

I do have a few questions: Would a Police certificate be required if I have never lived in any other country except Canada for 6 months after the age of 17?

2. Are business cards of your previous employers required? I have reference letters(with contact information) and paystubs but not business cards.

So I'd better choose my home country as the country of residence, not Canada, right?

Thank you.

Are you going to apply as CEC outland?

Thanks for replying.

I just asked my consultants and then they said it wouldn't be safe to apply for PR while I was out of Canada. Therefore, I want to make sure that I can visit my home country to collect all documents.

After collecting all, I am going to scan all and send all to my representative to apply for PR. the reason why I don't return to Canada before my deadline is that I want to spend time with my family for new year.

Is it safe that my representative submit my AOR as CEC Inland when I am out of Canada, and I can reenter to Canada?

No, I am only going out on a visit and will be back in two weeks. However, i wouldn't want to waste any time as I have to apply for BOWP before my work permit expires end of December.

Can someone tell me what is the difference between CEC inland and CEC outland applicant? and how does it affect the PR application?

As far as I know, you will have to fill out all the sections for the system to evaluate and create a document checklist/upload tab for you. You can always go back should you wish to change any information. Btw, what 7 sections are listed? Could you please share the sections and how far back each asks you to provide details for?

Thanks!
