45 DAYS PASSED I DID NOT GET MY PASSPORTS BACK FROM CHC ISB

HI Im ATIF from KASHMIR . I have submitted original passports of all my family members (federal skilled worker) to chc isb 7 weeks ago but i have no information regarding my passports .I m very much concerned in this regard. Plz help me , why they are taking so much time and how much more time they will be needed for visas? THANKSSSSS
