Hi Canada90728 ,

I created a new GCkey, I wasn't sure too as to whether I would get a pT notification on the old one..... I still withdrew the old profile.

hi Guys,

thanks, I recreated my EE, got a new PT notification 3 days later and bank draft has arrived....yippee!!

so I dispatch tomorrow.
I think I am in the same boat. I received my PT notification on 30th December 2015 and I am still not sure if I will be able to meet the deadline.

I am hoping to apply for demand draft tomorrow morning (it's already EOD today, here in India).
I am also hoping to get two reference letters tomorrow.

And also I haven't got the bank certificates yet! (two banks)

My agent says, we shall send the package day after tomorrow but I am skeptical if we would be able to do that. She has been lazy and she woke up only today after I called her on phone about my reference letter format.

Thanks.

Hey, if you don't mind can you tell me which agent have you hired? I am also from India and planning to hire an agent only for documentation and sending out my application package to Ontario.

I did. Because they had already received an invite from Ontario and I wasn't sure if the same GCKey could get them another invite again.
the same GC key can be used to get a new invite from Ontario. In my case I did not change the GC key and got the interest.

Dude, it's already 42 days since you received the invite. Assuming that you are successful in getting the DD and reference letters tomorrow itself and you make to DHL by 8 pm, I am sorry to say that your application may risk not reaching OINP within the 45 days deadline. In that case, they will return your package.

Anyway, do not lose hope, you can withdraw your existing Express Entry profile and create a new one, based on your score, you will get a new invite. As soon as you get the new invite, since you have all the documents ready, you will be in a position to send the documents well within the 45 days deadline.

If you need the reference letter format, let me know. All the best!

By hiring an agent, you may have to spend more than the OINP Fees CAD 1,500. They will tell you the same thing what is there in the Application Guide. Instead you can give me half the amount, I can you guide you better than an agent ;). Jokes apart, if you follow this forum, you will be in a position to do everything on your own. Most of your questions would already have been answered by many experienced people on this forum and still if you feel that there is a blocker, post your question here, I am sure, people will be more than willing to help you. In the end the decision is yours, if you have the money and willing to hire an agent, you can google and find the best in India. But after everything is done, you will feel, you paid them to you tell you things which are easily available on OINP sites, forums like these etc.

All the best! :)

True. Let's see how it goes tomorrow.

Please do message me or post the format here. I did check some samples but I am still browsing as I am not satisfied. Thanks.

About hiring the agent, yes, Stanlee is right about information being available in the forum. If you still want to know the agent information, then you can message me.

[Also, even I was aware about this but still I opted for an agent by my personal choice.]
