40yrs age, 320 CRS score ...need help

I am 40yrs old with 20+yrs IT experience...going through Canada express entry family PR visa application...with an IELTS score of 7.5, my CRS score is 320. what are my options - pls advise. I am from India.

Go for Ielts again, L8.5 to 9, R 8 to 8.5 the rest 7.5 to 8. It will help your score to cross 400 and you will stand a chance to get NOI from Ontario

1. what is your IELTS score in each skill (it looks to me like you missed CBL 9 in at least 1 of them)
2. Do you have either Master university degree or 2 diplomas from one is at least 3 years diploma?
3. If you have spouse was the language and diploma assessment done there
4. Are you willing to learn French?
5. Did you check PNP programs?

what @Rich03 has advised. Also, you won't be eligible for Ontario Nomination. So, your choices are going to be straightforward pretty much (if any). Reattempting IELTS will be a great first step.
