40 months but NO Medical Requests

Dear Qorax and Friends,

My timeline is as follows:
* Application to London CHC : April 2007
* AOR recvd : July 2007
* Update Requested : May 2009
* Documents Sent : Jun 2009

Its now 40 months since I applied to London CHC and more than an year since my update documents were recvd at London CHC. However, I still have not heard back from CHC nor have recvd my medical requests. I have seen many applicants of London CHC who applied few months after me, and have reached PPR stage, where as I have long been waiting for my Medical Requests .

I send an email to CHC London every month just to get a reply " Awaiting Review by IO" .

I would appreciate if you could guide me on how to get London CHC to move ahead with my case since its now long overdue :-\.

hi chintu.. don't lose hope.. it will come soon. just want to share with you that in our application, we got the MR after 5yrs.. but don't worry.. maybe one of these days, it will come. God bless

Try looking into ur file closely, see if anything needs to be updated.
Send the update and request for reasons for the delay.
