40 days since applied, no biometrics letter received

i applied for studt permit on 8th july , and its 18th august today and yet i've not received a biometrics letter so i'm not able to give my biometrics. my classes are starting from 3rd sept in sheridan college, and i'm very tensed. somebody pls tell if there is a same case? or what should i do?

Brother fix appointed with vfs and give them your biomatrix.

Did you apply online or offline ? Biometrics letter is usually received 24 hours after you apply.
Did you pay the biometrics fee?
