4 yrs Bachelors + 1 Canadian PG, will point go down in new system?

Hello Guys

I have 467 points.
before the November 2016 Changes to the Express Entry system.

Now I have updated my profile in the education column.
In the Canadian post gradute study previously I have chosen 2 or more certificate , with one is at least being 3 years.
But new system says "One year full-time study".

Will this pull my points down?
I have a bachelors accessed through IQAS.

Put one entry as bachelor's, then create another entry for the 1 year.

Yes. I have done it. My score have not yet been updated. I guess I need to wait until monday.

According to the new CRS points calculator on the CIC website,
I am supposed to get 482 point. Thats the 15 point boost on top of my
existing 467 points.

However the changes on my actual express entry application has not happened yet.
