4 years of work experience but at different companies. details and question given below

I have 4 years of experience in one field.
1 year of experience working in the same company,
from 2016 to 2019 i have been 100% employed throughout but have changed jobs very frequently
will that allow me to claim all 4 years of skilled workers program?

Hello, I'm sorry but why 3 and not 4? since I'm going for federal skilled program.

The CRS score only assigns points up to three years of foreign skilled work experience. That's different from the FSW selection factors grid. Once you have 67 points there, you stop counting and move to the CRS score.
