4 months break after 4 months study

My college is in kitchner. But part time jobs are not easy to find. So I just want to confirm that can I work in Toronto area during my 4 months break.

No bro my first sem is from sept to dec and jan April break and may to august last sem. So I m talking about four months break between two semesters
