Dear Fellow Reader,

Good day!

I am planning to re-submit my application again for the 3rd time... i was refused on 1st and 2nd attempt with the same grounds of refusal.

1. Satisfaction of Leaving Canada after of my Stay.
2. Travel History
3. Purposed of Visit.

Now, i'm frustrated to get approval of visa from Canada and travel on my own plan. Before that, i got my new US visa approved. i will travel also to US after in Canada. So, at this moment i want to re-submit my application, rectifying all the comments and providing my letter of explanation.

Before to resubmit my application, i want to know from you guys, Bryanna Syllca and others your advise if i really want to resubmit now my application even though i have prepared my documents. What will be the best thing moves to get satisfaction from the CIC officers? I know very strictly but i know they have a very good hearth that every want to get and visit from there home land of promise.

I'm hoping that i will get the best shoot... from you guys. Thank you once again.

Cheers...

Hi,

1. When did you last apply for a TRV?

2. Please list the documents you will submit this time i.e. what ties will you prove to your home country?

3. What is the purpose of your visit? For how long? Do you have a Canadian host?

4. Can you provide evidence that you will visit the US after your Canada trip?

5. Which countries have you visited?

Cheers

Two refusals in such a short time is not making your odds high for getting a visa on your third try. Especially if you keep re-applying so soon. I'm not saying "don't apply". I'm just saying that the letter states at the bottom that you shouldn't re-apply unless your situation has substantially changed. Has your situation substantially changed? If not, you'll just be wasting your $160

I would wait six months before trying to apply again. I would visit the US in the meantime.

Thanks Scylla,

I think i have to do that after receiving the corresponding letter from the embassy, i already resubmit my application recently.
I have no choice... only to wait the new examine result by the consul officer. If there's still no luck at this time... then i will change my travel plan.

Thank you once again.

hi

which of these have to be selected while re-applying for visitor visa after a refusal
1. Have you ever been refused a visa or permit , denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

OR

2. have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?

and also if we have selected yes , what is are the details that have to be provided in the details section

thanks.

Both.

Provide the type of visa or immigration program, the reason, outcome (e.g refused, canceled, deported, etc.), and the year. If the visa refusal was from Canada, you can say the same explanation applies to both questions.

The difference in these two questions is that #2 also applies to CIC or PNP applications that were approved or are currently in process, so you also have to state if you have any.
