I see. I think your pgwp should be valid to apply for bowp.
That sucks.
I understand your frustration but we don't have a 'right to permanent residency'.
I knew that befor coming to Canada that even though after spending so much money, time and energy there is no guarantee that I will be a pr.
Cic never promised me a permanent residency status when they issued me a study permit or work permit.
Sorry for being blunt. Yes, we are contributing to the economy by paying taxes as compared to Outland people who get pr but we are also living in Canada and getting all the services and amenities.
I hope everything works out for you and every other in similar positions.
