any caregiver out there please who applied for open permit or PR?.is it really advisable and acceptable to apply for open permit with the accumulated 3900 working hours it's the contract hours + overtime instead of finishing the 2 years contract?..thank you

You can....
22months of work including a total of 3,900 hours (within a minimum of 22 months which may include a maximum of 390 hours of overtime) of authorized full-time employment.
