747 is the lowest ITA yet. This is as predicted/calculated by me using the rational I highlighted before.

According to my calculations, there were approximately 2938 non-PNP ITAs remaining with regard to 2016 visa targets, which divided between four draws in July and August works out to be 735 (PNP on top of that), representing approx. a 50/50 split between LMIA and scores below 600.

It is unlikely for scores to go below the 480s before the end of August it seems. This is frustrating news for many including myself sitting in the 470-480 range.

DRAW Dated July 13, 2016 - ITAs 747, Least CRS is 482

Any chance you can guesstimate when they will call 481?

481 is for single people who don't have 2nd language score or canadian work experience

but have maxed points for age, 1st language, foreign work experience

Why is the draw not going down from 480? Like seriously the QINP and SINP programs have also opened now, shouldnt the ITAs increase now?
