I have to agree with him on some aspects. Even you don't buy a fake degree, it's still so much easier and convenient to earn a Bachelor or Master degree in your own language and cheap tuition fee. Same for job hunting, I could find a job in IT and have 2+ years with ease in my home country but in Canada not so much. Let be frank here, the sole reason of paying crazy expensive tuition fee to study abroad in Canada or any Western countries is to have a better chance to apply for PR. What is the point to live, study and pay taxes like a Canadian for 5+ years if we are treated same as people applying from China or India ?
No hard feelings here but just to clarify...

FYI: In India we earn Bachelors and Masters degrees in ENGLISH 8)

Who doesn't know ? In China and South East Asia (especially Philippines), we have hundred of universities which offers degree programs in English, but that doesn't mean the standard is the same as accredited Canadian colleges and universities.

Not 2 years. We have 3 years PGWP, minus 3 or 4 months to find a job, then you have maximum 2 years for work experience, the rest is for applying and waiting for document processing.
I got a three year PGWP in 2013, took me 3-4 months to get a job too. I became eligible for CEC last year before express entry, but my application got sent back due to the cap. My two years at work are coming up soon, it'll bring my CRS score to a total of 447. I'm hoping that score gets me an ITA, my work permit expires in a year from now. In the meantime, I've decided to look for another employer that can help me with a nomination application, and get better scores in education if I finish a degree I had put on hold. You just gotta do all you can to improve that score. And there's always the possibility of another CEC-specific drawing, or the federal election's outcome changing the way EE works. You've got lots of time left in you PGWP, you are in a good place.

Actually, my situation is a bit like you, I'll only have 2 yrs exp next August (2016), so I only have around 6 months left after that time. Did you mean you're going to find another employer to help you with PNP or LMIA ?
