387 AND EMAIL FROM ONTARIO

hello guys, i have a score of 387 with a borther in ontario and clb 6 french results, however i got an email from ontario offering to nominate me. is that a mistake or are they doing that lately?

it says " dear xxxxx ( my name)

The Government of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) through Express Entry.

If you want Ontario to consider you for nomination under its PNP you must contact Ontario directly after receiving this letter. Note that this letter of interest is not a guarantee that you will be nominated by Ontario. You will first have to satisfy Ontario that you meet the requirements of their program."

it says i have to contact them. someone who has done or is doing the procress with ontario please guide me if you have the time to give me a few tips on what to do please do so. blessings

application is closed now u need to wait until it reopens.but its really surprising to see ontario sending NOI. r u sure that they send it this morning?
