I am 36 years age, got admission in UCW for MBA, 11 years of IT experience. Chances of Student Visa. Below are the details

1. I am already in the pool with 351 points, i have no hopes of getting a invitation for any province
2. got admission in UCW ( IELTS Academic: 7.5, 6, 6, 7.5)

Now what are my chances to get student visa for the above. I have all the funds and every thing ready with me .

Please suggest so that I can plan accordingly.

The chances are low considering your age and the fact that you have so much work experience it will very hard for you to convince them that your goal is only to study and not get PR the problem is if you are going to explain that you will need to answer these questions
-How will this vourse help you and increase the skills you already
- why this course and why in canada
- plans after returning back to your country
In short low chances specifically because of your age

If your plan is to immigrate to Canada, it is very possible that your study permit can be denied, if you are unable to prove that you will return home at the end of your temporary stay

Just write a strong letter of study plan. Show strong ties in the country of your residence. There are may people who got their study permit even after crossing 40. It all depends on how strongly you present your case.

Show property in your country get an employment letter show any rented properties you have etc and a very strong SOP

Its not impossible but you'll have to put in a whole lot of work with your Study Permit application.
Think of all the questions that the Immigration Officer (IO) will have and address those in your Letter of Explanation along with the supporting documentation.
The ones that I can think of right away based on the details you've shared are:
1. Why an MBA now - after 11 years of IT experience? Does the MBA course appear to be a logical progression in your career? How does it help your career in the big picture? What are the employment prospects in your home country after you receive this educational credential?
2. What are your previous academic records like? Were you a student who consistently excelled or one with an average study record?
2. Why choose Canada as your study destination? If you can't provide a good reason, the IO will think it's only because its easy to immigrate here.
3. Why will you return to your home country after you complete your course? What documents can establish that you have strong ties there?
4. Can you support your course fees and lifestyle expenses during your stay in Canada? (You say you've already addressed this)

You need to address ALL such considerations in a satisfactory manner, so that you create a favourable impression on the IO.

And yes, the IO will know that you have an Express Entry profile, and it may or may not work against you.
But be advised that an Express Entry profile or an PR application in process, by itself, does not disqualify you from also getting a Temporary Residence Visa (such as a Study Permit). Canadian Immigration Law supports the concept of 'Dual Intent' where a person could apply for both Temporary AND Permanent residence, but he shall need to convince the respective IO's accordingly. Meaning, you need to convince the IO reviewing your Temporary Residence Visa that your have every intention of returning to your home country after you complete your course, while for your PR application, you shall need to convince the IO that you have every intention of making Canada your permanent home.

But, yes, if the students goal is to use their degree to obtain a Post Graduate Work Permit and use that as a stepping stone to get their PR - then its a different story altogether.

Assume that is what this person is doing. It is an expensive piece of paper when you could pay the same fee and go to a decent school that would be recognized by employers. Not talking about the top schools like U of T, Western, Queens, York and UBC but there are quite a few mid-level programs that give you good skills to advance your career. UCW is essentially a few rooms in an office building. Due to the lack of GMAT it attracts many applicants. Assume they must accept all applicants. Not sure why the government licensed the school.
