357 CEC points, will i get ITA

I have 1year exp in canada as a logistics supervisor and 6 yers in Sri Lanka. I created my cec profile yesterday i got only 357 points im 38 yers, i have ielts clb 6 will i get ITA or any suggestions to get ITA

Points are way too low. Current draws are over 500. Ways to increase score - get Masters/PhD, learn French to B2. What is NOC…trade NOC and picked for skilled trade draws? Is PNP an option?

I already completed 2 post graduates programs and i can’t do another course. I can may try pnp. I have international students stream points as 75

Assume for OINP that you have an employer willing to fill out the mandatory employment documents and support your nomination if you get invited.

As long as your manager has access to HR and CRA filings. Most times HR/CFO needs to approve
