3211 Medical laboratory technologist needs help!!!

hi guys! i need your help! I am 3211, i submitted my application and it was received in 10th june, signed by MIKE. but untile now i have not yet been charged from my CC or received the returned app package, neither. so i was just wondering would i received a email notifing the rejection by the time they mail back my package?

i do have UCI, it was given by a nice lady through telephone. However, i can not check my status online, if my application has already been denied for some kind of incorrect paperwork, would it appear as "application denied" or something like that online?? do you guys believe i still stand a chance? i am really nervous about this, it's killing me!!!!! At the moment the mid June applicants are being charged by CIO and apparently the less popular NOCs as is yours are facing a bit of delay in CC/DD charges. If your application is complete and mode of payment is CC then the first good sign is CC charge. Wait for another week or so you will get the good news. They do not send any email notification in case the application package is returned. You are strongly advised to send an email inquiry at the following address of CIO:

CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

In subject line mention “Federal skilled worker/FSW” and make sure you include your Full name, DOB, UCI, County of origin, Visa office, Date of receipt of application at CIO and the name of person who received your application. They will respond in 20 to 30 working days.

This PR application demands nerves of steel and patience. So hang on tight. Good news will come soon.

Thank you , i have already sent a email to CIO. I heard that if you got a UCI, then it is highly possible that you will be charged sooner or later as long as your NOC has not yet reached the cap, Do you think this is true? Thank you .

For first-timers this year's FSWP, having a UCI means that your application package has been opened and is in process. So you should expect fees charge soon. The response to your inquiry will give a better idea.
