Did anyone who did oath on 30/31st August received their E-Certificate yet?

What does this mean in IRCC Portal for e certificate.
"THERE WERE ISSUES SUBMITTING YOUR FORM.
Your e-certificate is not available. Please try again 2-5 business day after you provided your signed Oath of Citizenship.

For those who received their e-certificates how long does it take for you guys to receive it? and if it is family, should I make a portal account for each members of the family or just the principal sponsor? any thoughts?

E-mail was received for all family members so created separate account for all.
