3 years pgwp eligibility

I m going for one year course in conestoga college. If I adop another one year course after this course can I get three years pgwp. I m a btech civil engineer and applied construction management course. And my ielts is going to expire in oct2015 and my course will be completed in august 2015. Do I need to appear ielts again if I apply before ielts expiry date

Yes, you will be eligible for 3 yrs pgwp on completion of another diploma program. Why do you need IELTS again? Mostly you shall get admission based on the completion of your 1st diploma program
