3 Refusals for student visa

Hello ,
My name is akshay , i have applied 3 times for student visa and got refusals .
Everytime the reason was same that
I am not satisfied that you will leave canada after your study.
Though i have provided all the supporting documents as per the requirement and have paid all the fees .
Also , i have strong financial stability .
I have applied for the caipes notes also and there too they had written the same reason .
Now what should I do
Please help me

Case reviewed: BASED ON ALL INFORMATION ON FILE INCLUDING THE APPLICANT'S LANGUAGE ABILITIES, PREVIOUS EDUCATION ,TRAVEL HISTORY,PERSONAL ESTABLISHMENT, FINANCIAL ABILITY AND TIES TO THE HOME COUNTRY , I AM NOT SATISFIED APPLICANT IS A BONA FIDE STUDENT WHO WOULD DEPART CANADA AT THE END OF THE PERIOD AUTHORIZED FOR STAY . APPLICATION REFUSED

After that i apply canada for P.G DIPLOMA PROGRAMME in IBM COURSE OF ONE YEAR from NORTHERN COLLEGE . I had applied 3 times and everytime the i got refusal with same reason stated above.
I have paid my tuition fees , gic , shows enough funds , have good academic record .
In 10th got 7 cgpa
12th 75% FROM COMMERCE
Graduation :- B.COM (hons ) 7.33 cgpa
IELTS - 6.5 NOT LESS THAN 6
Now i don't understand why they are giving refusals every time with same reason .
PLEASE HELP ME .
should I apply again or not .

OK now i got the point it seems like you'd finished studies in 2018 June, so in SOP you need to mention what and how you spend your one year, like in my case i also graduated in June 2018 but my counselor told me to show GAP so i joint my work experience by attaching Appointment letter and salary Slip, if you ain't did any job provide top notch SOP in which try to include that after finishing your studies you will came back India for a specific Job for ex. Your current course provides you career outlook of "Business consultant", "International marketing manager" etc. so just search such kind of companies which need this kind of certification in India, after that mention in SOP that this company would gave **** salary. This whole drama is to make them believe that you will come back India to join this company. That's all i can say now. Good Luck
