Hello, just over 3 years ago I was arrested for a break and enter. I was arrested, attended court, completed community service and never received a conviction. (My national police check of Australia is completely blank)
I completed stage one, now with stage two I have some questions I hope you guys can help me with?
1) they told me in my application email if I have convictions/traffic offences to print off and send a "for information form only" to see if I am inadmissible, but due to no convictions/traffic offences, should this pose any problem? I have a original certificate saying I have no convictions.
2) if I go ahead for stage 2, and get denied due to criminal activity, am I banned from Canada?
3) roughly what is the waiting period for stage 2?
