Dear Experts

I am kalpesh, my wife she is in Canada and she has graduate work permit. At present she is working with restaurant. She is looking forward to call me on dependent visa. However I already have 3 rejections

I am looking forward to apply for dependent visa from India But however, from my agent i came to know she can apply for dependent from Canada itself and if approved in Canada the same file will be forwarded to me. With this file or a approval no. i have to apply for dependent in my home country India.

Kindly guide me if this is correct procedure for application or i am getting misguided by the agent

Waiting for response at earliest

she can apply for dependent from Canada itself
On working visa? No, she cannot do anything like that inland. She may apply for PR and include you in application as her spouse. Then VO in India will work with you.

Wait when she is able to apply for PR and includes you in her application.

You do not have ties in your home country, your ties(your wife)are in Canada, you tried different reasons which never worked out. Let HER apply for PR though CEC or PNP and include you in her allication as hes spouse. You run out of excuses to get visitor/student visa, be patient and let her do the job. That is what CIC expects her to do. They see she is on her way to apply for PR so they KNOW you are not going back if you get to Canada.

Why don't you hire the lawyer who can help you to get the visa....

As you do have already three rejection so take chance by yourself now, search and hire the good lawyer who can guide you and assist you on your application.

Rest up to you.

Rajan

Dear Taru,

Last month I applied for dependent visa. I have attached all the documents required for Dependent visa including my wife job related, bank statement, tax and accommodation details. But still i got a 4th rejection saying you don't have enough financial back up. However I showed a balance of more then 6,00,000 INR and the second reason of rejection was I have not stated the time of stay in canada, which i very well mentioned in filled form and a request letter to visa officer for visa application.

pls assist what are the chances.

thanks

How much is that converted? $10'000 roughly? That might last you 3 months, maybe 4 if you are frugal. Might not be enough..

Dear Regina.

The option what you gave is technically write. I guess the time is not with us. I have applied 5 times for several visa to canada. but unfortunately have got rejection till today. my wife visa is expired last month and at present she is Nigra. She is applying for LMIA through lawyer and hope things works. Any idea how long LMIA take and also if u get LMIA how long it take to apply for PR.
I have one more doubt. if my wife apply for PR will i be able to join her when the PR is in process or I have to wait till i get PR. its been 5 yrs I am away from my wife. and this long distance always leads for a reason to fight.

Kindly guide me.

Thanks

Dear Taru

Thanks for reply. I have got rejection again. I even tried for tourist last year march 2015. I have got my 5th rejection. Unfortunately my wife cant apply for PR as her file was send back asking her to apply in express entry last year. However, she is lacking the pool as her score is 382 and the current pool to get invitation is more than 460 points. He visa is expired and at present she is working with a company in nigra who is helping her to get LMIA, if she get LMIA i guess the things will move.

I really want to know how long it take for LMIA and is it possible for me to get a visa to Canada once the application for PR is done. Or i have to wait till my wife get PR. at present how long it take to get pr. Also all guys who get the score as per the current pool get invitation or dose the Canadian government choose.

Pls help me to understand.

Thanks & Regards
