I have 3.5 years of experience in Software testing field But i quit my job due to some personal problems.
Now i want to go to canada and resume my career.
What are my chances of getting PR under FSW program
I assume that i will have to go for PNP as my CSR score is 429.

Any kind of help is appreciated.

Same chance as anyone with 429 points. IT jobs still seem to be in demand for PNPs but most are closed currently. The whole point of the EE system is that your job role isn't important just that you are skilled at it. The lowest the draw for points has dropped to is 450.

As i have just started , i dont even know which province nomination i will get?

some PNP have specific NOC requirements, others don't. The big one is Ontario and last year they weren't job specific - it's closed now and we have no idea the requirements for this year yet.

A lot of PNPs you don't apply or request; they 'find you' through EE.
