2time visa rejected

Hi team please I have applied 2 time student visa but my visa got rejected
Reason mentioned :- important information regarding your application has been send to the e-mail address you provided on your application or through your MY CIC account
Please be sure to check the junk/spam folder of email address you provided as some spam filters may block automated emails

I have check my gmail but I didn’t received any mail from Canada immigration and also checked in gc key mentioned same has I have received from Canada application Center kindly help me out regrading this what should I have to do need your suggestion update in urgent basis

Try to double or triple check the email you've provided in your account and also the account you're using to check the e-mail. If it's correct, submit an online webform stating your concerns about not receiving emails from them with correct e-add.
