Hello everyone,

My wife had a Visitor VISA (7 Year Multi Entry) which was granted based on us going through the sponsorship application back in mid 2015. My wife came here in October 2015, and on January 2016 we sent in our paper work, and March 2016 it has been sent to the Warsaw office, and I was approved as a Sponsor. She ended up leaving at the 6 month mark in March 2016 as she had some affairs to attend to back home, and we did not extend her stay. She would like to come back again in Mid June 2016 as she would have all her affairs taken care of.

I was going to provide her with all our documents showing receipt of payment for sponsorship application in full. My letter stating I was approved as a sponsor, and her application has been sent to Warsaw. She would need a photocopy of our marriage document, and a return flight ticket back home to show the border services if needed. Based on the time line, our intent is for her to stay the full 6 months plus extension if needed as the application should be approved by then based on the current trend. We would re-enter through the Canada/USA border to active her status if we get this complete during her time here. Otherwise she would fly by home until approved.

Will this be an issue getting her to be able to come back to stay for another 6 months? She has no real ties back home as she was already here 6 months prior. I know there is no gaurantees, but would like to have a general idea if it's worth doing this due to the time and money involved in coming back.

Thank you.

It should be OK. Letting people in who have applied for PR is fairly common. Bring proof of the application, proof of ties to her home country if any, and a return ticket.

Thank you.

What would ties consist of? In her country rarely anyone we know uses a bank account, she doesn't have a full time job as she was with me for 6 months, and her job ended in September of 2015 as the company shut down. She has a lot of family back home. She has no ties holding her to the country.

If she doesn't have any except relatives, there's not much you can do. If the border agent asks her address, and she stayed with a relative, she can give that. The border agents don't always ask for proof of ties, so hope for the best.
She has a multiple-entry visa; that, plus proof of her PR application and a return ticket should be OK. Of course there are no guarantees.

Okay thank you. :) She has always lived with family, that's just how things are there. Different culture than the west.
