Need to know do the rejection reasons change in 2nd time applying or the reasons provided in 2nd time apply cannot be different from 1st try apply??

They can be different . but I would recommend u to apply for caips notes before re-applying. In this they tell exact reason in detail that why ur application was rejected this is there website http://www.caips.ca/

after that apply using http://www.caips.ca/apply.shtml
and then make payment. average processing time for caips notes is 6 weeks and they will mostly E-mail u PDF file containing ur caips notes.

It depends, if you have not addressed the points of refusal in the first application then you might get same reasons for refusal. However, be clear on this point that your file for the 2nd time is evaluated by a different visa officer than the first one.

What's your profile and what were the reasons for first refusal?

I applied to University of Waterloo masters in Electrical Engineering. The reasons they stated were that i do not sufficient funds to pay my tution fees and i do not have sufficient funds to maintain myself in canada without working.
In the form i showed an around of 40,000 CDN for tution fees,travelling,boarding etc. I showed my own bank statement of around 46000CDN.In the form i mentioned that all fees will be paid by myself.

One fault which i think might be that i showed an affidafit of my parents in which it was writen that my parents will bear all expenses during my study. And i showed total investments of around 36000CDN from my parents name. But major account was of myself.
Might be they considered an affidafit for my rejection????

The bank statement was created the day i submitted my application. No i did not showed source of income. I just showed my salary slips of last three months.

Yes, you have to justify that from where have you got this much money into your account for which you have to show your source of income. As it is not possible for you to have this much money from your salary a lone. The money should be in your account for more than 4 months in order to be considered strong for financial point of view.

In this case you should have shown his source of income.

When did you get your previous refusal and on which date have you applied again?

on 21 june i received the refusal, On 23 june i applied again and on 25 june file transfered for processing.
