2nd post-secondary diploma/certificate?

Hello Everyone,

I have a bachelors degree in Pharmacy affiliated to a well known university. I have done PG Program in Clinical Research in an institute for one year. My institute promised that their institute is affiliated to an university but I found out that they were not. The institute is registered with Govt of India.
Now, I want to send this PG Program certificate as a PG Diploma to IQAS for ECA report.

Please share your thoughts, what are my chances of getting a ECA report as graduate with one year diploma.

And when i checked the meaning of "2nd post-secondary diploma/certificate" in google, the response states "The word 'Certificates' refers to either certificates or diplomas. 'Trades qualifications' include Registered apprenticeship certificates and other tradescertificates or diplomas. 'College qualifications' include college, CEGEP or other non-university certificates or diplomas."
