I have received two ghost updates as of yet but no decision.

I've 14 years study gap..age 38 years.. dont know what ll happen to me?Im from Pakistan and applied from PK as well. My application was refused on purpose of visit. I have a 10 year study gap and i didnt attach a SOP. didnt know its importance at all.
