2nd BOWP while waiting for PNP PR

Hey everyone, I have my bowp expiring in about a month , despite having 6 lines in my ECAS , i have to apply for new bowp .
Anyone had experience with it, I've tried to go like last year into mycic profile and it forces me to make EE profile, doesn't wanna give me some code

Anyone know how to do it? thx

I hope you get and answer to this ? As I have the same problem visa runs out next month so went on th my cic and its doing the same wanting me to answer load ? About applying for EE I don't need to apply for EE my PR is in process only want to extend the work permit !! I hope someone can help :'(

hey Carol, I think i figured it out , among the first questions it asks you if you plan to move permanently , more then 6 months or less then 6 months , select more then 6 months and then it asks you totally different questions, otherwise it directs you to building EE profile

Hello everyone.
I am already BCPNP nominated and already applied for PR application in feb 2015 and already done with my medicals. I already have open work permit valid until May 2016. So I want to apply for the extension of the work permit just to be on the safe side before I get response for my PR application.

My question is:

What kind of work permit I need to apply for extension?
What documents do I need to apply?
Any additional information if someone has or if someone is in same situation or already got extension please provide me with your valuable response. Will be appriciated. Thanks

hi Gagan , you won't be able to apply for an extension to your work permit until 4 months before the time of your expiry of your valid work permit so if your expiry is may 2016 then you can apply in january at some point .

I don't understand your dilemma , you've got open wp so you apply for extension of it, (your second bowp) . As for documents you gotta log in into myCIC and see what they ask you

I already hold an open work permit which I got after completing my studies. And this open work permit is valid until May 2016. So that's the reason I was asking if I need to apply for the extension of the work permit. What kind of work permit will that be? And what kind of documents do I need to provide to apply for the extension of my work permit as my PR application is already in process just to be on the safe side if no decision is made and I won't run out of my open work permit. I think it will make you understand now.

If it's a 2nd bowp they will most likely ask for. .... Copy of marriage licence if your married , copy of emedical ,digital photo , copy of your passport , this is what we were asked for
