2nd attempt for Student Visa in Saudi Arabia

I am Pakistani living from last 4 years in Saudi Arabia. I got refusal for Student Visa just mentioning that "your Immigration status". I would like to reapply pleas guide me how do I proceed. I got admission in Master in Education for September 2014. Does it make any difference, if I apply online now.

What I have to do with "Immigration Status"? It cannot be changed in Saudi. Why does it impact on study visa?

Returning to your home country and reapplying from there seems like the only viable option for you at this time.
