even mine is IN PROCESS but still rbvo details inside...

ideally it should have the line that says we started processing on......

however i sent an enquiry last feb to vo clarifying if its an error, they replied back telling that my case is in process or waiting to be reviewed by the visa officer, however i will send them a mail coming april 12 as it is my eight month (if i dont receive any update till that day)

by the way guys just a suggestion......

when the 8th month comes on april from which no correspondence receive by the visa office...let's send an enquiry....from there we can check the reply (if its the same for all or might give as an insight depending on what reply we will receive) at least we will have an idea and comparison

I would like to know the current status of my application for permanent residence under federal skilled workers class. I received initial approval letter from CIO on dated ________ & sent requested documents to _____ Visa Office on dated ________.

I received letter of acknowledgement in response from Visa Office on dated ________. As per this letter I should have been contacted within 8 months after date of letter of acknowledgement which ended on dated _______, but I have not been contacted yet. Please advise when my medical request is expected.

Thanks for your time to my query.

Dear all,

Due to larger visa application inventories, there is a temporary hold on processing of FSW applications submitted with NOC 4131- College and Other Vocational Instructors & 0213- Computer and Information Systems Managers.

Based on June 26, 2010 priority NOCs, CHC London will continue to expedite processings of FSW Fast Track (Pre June 26, 2010) and SAP FSW applications submitted during July-October 2007 until the publishing of new priority list which may come out in late 2nd quarter of 2011.

CHC London has already been started to sending out medical instructions since March 14, 2011.

There is a concurrent processings of Islamabad FSW applications at CHC London in the same work pattern.

I hope this information is of assistance to all of you.
