Hi seniors
I have been noticing that few people are talking about chc newdelhi vo rejecting cases of pre juners on minor points…..as I m a prejuner and my case is also coming as in process with actual date and I want to ask….i have claimed 5 points for blood relation of my uncle(my father’s elder brother).he is a canadian citizen…the documents I sent were …….
1 a page showing family tree
2 passport copy of my uncle
3 passport copy of my father
4 copies of matriculation certificates of my father and my uncle (as it shows father name and date of birth)
5 bank statement, credit card statement, health card of my uncle
6 as in some documents of my father in his name ‘b’ is used and in others ‘v’ is used so I have sent an affidavit by my father that both name belong to him….

Are these documents fine to claim points………

Hi sunny7070!

Has your status changed from IP to real process like we started process your app on bla bla bla date? :)
I am still the same.
Do you really think we are getting medicals soon? ;D

Still RBVO, but now rumors have became strong that london started looking towards pre"Juners .....Lets hope bogarka or we can say let us strongly hope MR is nearby.....

Good luck everyone.

Decision Made!

finally after years of waiting, my ecas changed to Decision made, it says: A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

What does this mean? Any advice friends?

Have you completed your medicals?

Does e-cas showing any line like "We started processing your application on XXXXX"?

Hai all,
my ecas also shows a new statement from yesterday
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February XX, 2012.
I think our applications started moving after long rest.
Again how long this is, we have to wait and see

Dear All

I will be gratefull to all the members if they can shed any lit into my case, following the note from Intake office NS.. i submitted my ful docs to london office... but unfortunatley i did not receive any 2nd AOR...(officially till today). At the same time they sent me a official letter for my baby's bank draft that they can not accept the bank draft from the said bank so i need to re submit my bank draft.. there on the letter my file number was different and it was starting with E....). i wrote to london visa office for offical 2nd AOR but now two years i did not recevie any letter from them... at the same time i can access my online status with the new file number startig from E... which i by chance got with a letter from london visa office... my questions are :

Should i consider this (E.....) file number as a Second AOR...
Am I in the track of Processing..
Should i re- write to Visa office...

I am very much puzzled..please any one from the group can if possible help me out ..thank you ..

Of course, your file is in the process otherwise they never asked you to provide the correct bank draft to include your child. Moreover, the number you got starting with 'E' is also reprents that your file is in the right track. What you can ask the VO about the 2nd AOR mentioning the entire fact with the new file number.

Hope this will address your concern.
