it was like a map, there was a list of painting names given (animal wildlife, politician, family situation, a social event) and while traversing map we have to figure out which painting speakers talks about.

(animal wildlife, politician, family situation, a social event + A sad man lying on a couch implying "Psychiatrist" the confusion is among : animal wildlife, politician.
Can't really remember which one he was referring to.

i think he was taking about cats and fire , but in the end he says it seems cats teases politicians

FUN was said at the very beginning and at the end of this passage it was said that they would like to repeat.

The cat was chasing a rat, and yes, in the end it was mentioned what you said.

No commercial is for what role it performs? Still I'm not sure that's correct answer but it's in the radar.

commercial is definitely correct. Funny thing is you can guess the answer based on the sentence. But it was clear from the recording.

My ielts score for 8th April 2017 test is L- 8.5, R - 7.0, W - 7.0, S 6.5

If I apply for EOR what are chances that my Speaking score will increase by 0.5?
