Congrats, gradstudentXXX! Can you share what was the subject of the mail and what it contains?
Yesterday I also received an email but it requests two photos only and nothing about sending a passport. The subject of the email is Photos :)

The Subject of email is "Ready for Visa". It has instructions on how to submit photos and passport. That sounds odd, are you from a visa exempt country?

Guys, I received my PPR yesterday. :D:D:D:D:D
They sent it to my lawyer. That is why I got it today.
I want to thank you each one of you for your support. Without your help I know that we wouldnt have gotten a positive response.
You have been my source of information for every question and doubt I had.
It has been a very stressful 2 years for us, since starting preparing the documents and waiting for the PPR.
Finally, we can make plans for our new life in Canada.
I want to tell you to remain positive and hopeful and you will get what you dreamed of.

Good luck to you!:)

I called that number and I couldn't find any way to talk to a human.
First you need to enter the queue to wait for around 30 mins before the agent pick up the call. But not every one can queue because if there are high volume of calls they won't accept new candidates to the queue.
