Just a quick question to Amer2visit. You have been keeping everyone informed, just want to know if you have received your golden mail.
I have been following this thread since long and even after receiving the PPR, I have been keeping an eye on the thread and Amer is doing a wonderful job. Wishing a speedy PPR to you, if you are still waiting. You deserve it man

Ever since this mega tide of 27th Feb IP2s has turned , I put a kind of alert on my mobile sacreen to keep watching and sharing it with all the fellows on the same boat.
So far my golden mail, I am expecting it by the end of next month keeping the average time required for the cases in my stream. I too expect & hope seeing all of the fellows receiving their golden mails earlier & quicker!

One more development which I noticed today was that last week many Iranians whose cases were long pending for more than 400 days were issued PPRS. This is very good indicator that along with the latest cases Ottawa office is clearing backlogs of 2017 beginning cases as well. It’s very positive!

I hope this is a positive sign. I'm not Iranian, but am at Ottawa CPC and been waiting a looooong time. Maybe they'll pick up my file too

Oh I really hope so. I'm finding it so difficult. Still ages to wait till my notes arrive too - so I'm just hoping that PPR comes first

Yesterday there were 15 PPRs status updates in total. Out of 15 PPRs 4 IP2s of 27th Feb received PPR as per Myimmitracker.com:

Whereas other 7 got IP2 status before 27th Feb and 4 after that date.

Hi froggie.seems we are in the same boat.my aor is july 27 2017. I've just called cic today.and all seems okay for ppr. She said that nothing wrong is mentionned on our profil and that they are processing our backround check. She actually doesn't understand why it takes so long.she also said that our visa office is ottawa.
All that seems a little bit useless because all we have to do is waiting...
