I filed online student application on 27th september from India.
Has anyone around this date who filed his application received visa approval?
How much more time should I expect for processing?

In this forum you'll find 3 (you might find more but I haven't) who've received study permits since 18 March 2020. First you need a study permit then you need a TRV. I would expect "indefinite" as a processing time for both study permit and TRV. Many 1000s waiting since January 2020 onwards.

it's TRV first then, study permit is issued at point of entry

Study permits are approved before TRVs are processed and TRVs are only given to visa nationals.

without an ETA(visa excempt) or aTRV, one cannot enter Canada in the first place hence the study permit (document/paper) is issued upon entry to Canada using the ETA/TRV

I am waiting since June. People are waiting since the beginning of this year so I think you will wait for a long time if the current situation persists.
