I applied on 1st of May, they're reviewing eligibility for almost 5 weeks now, nothing else

Applied on May 12. “We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility”

Idk why they're taking so much time, two of my friends who applied on the same day got their visa together, in exactly 8 weeks so personally, I'm waiting for 8 weeks
