No as such theres no reqiurement of educational docs...

Coz criteria is minimum 1 year skilled job n language...

Like many ppl come on work visa n not on study tooo...so they apply on that behalf...but as such no need to send educational dox...but yes we can file up as supporting docs...or to show that v hv local education too

you fill education details in other forms so i dont think you really need a proof

it clearly reflecting the point which VO raised to refuse the application.

ABC is currently employed with Subway Sandwiches store located at 39 Dundas St. W.,Trenton associated with company 1816767 Ontario Ltd. Mr ABC is working as Food service Supervisor (NOC: 6311) and his hourly rate is $11.75 plus bonus and he works approx. 40 hours per week. During his employment ABC Singh has held the following position at our three different locations:
• Subway Sandwich Artist at our location (Store ####) Address ABC: August 26, 2011 Until April 26, 2012
• Food Service Supervisor at our location (Store # ####) Address ABC : April 27, 2012 Until August 18, 2012
• Food Service Supervisor at our location (Store # ####) Address ABC : August 19 2012 – Present
As a Food service Supervisor Mr Singh is responsible for the following main duties:
• Trains newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists.
• Practices inventory control standards as outlined in the Operations Manual.
• Inspects Kitchen area, equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order and to ensure sanitary standards are met.
• Schedules and supervises staff as needed.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway Employee Handbook.
• Performs paperwork duties as needed which includes maintaining records of sales; stock and wastage
• Supervises serving of meals


How good is this letter? Did I miss anything here?
I know I was a fresh graduate from college and had no previous Supervisory experience but still I got all required skill to perform this job. I didn't fake anything. From the very first day I was working honestly. That is why it is very disappointing because from my end I put all the genuine efforts to get PR.

Harmandeep its not about the letter nor job duties under the 6311 NOC which rose flag its about your supervisory position which requires several years of experience or college diploma in food or hotel management vice versa which you do not have it or you failed you mentioned it poperly unfortunately

After rejection wat are the chances of appeal...like in refusal letter is the applicant given a time frame to clear vo doubt...or d applicant has to again file a new application

Aside from the basic requirements, VOs will look at the circumstances surrounding those qualifications.
Understand that being admitted to a country as an immigrant is a privilege, not a right. Even if we have all (and better) qualifications there's no guarantee.

I do understand that but VO's main point as he mentioned in the refusal letter is , " I cannot accept your employment documentation as proof that you were employed in your claimed occupation." According to which I wasn't working as a Supervisor and it's not true. He didn't even bother to inquire anything before his decision, he just gave his ruling. All he is saying that I wasn't qualified for this job but truth is that I was quite good at my job.

I just can't accept VO's impulsive decision technically right. I would say it is just unfair. I have seen same cases getting approved, so it is a act of injustice.

This is a very serious issue.I feel your pain haven been refused twice and reapplied.What you need to do is act fast.Make whatever decision ASAP.
