25 days since we applied online... and still waiting

Dear Freinds,

It is now 25 days since we applied online for Visit Visa. We just provided biometric. We applied from Abu Dhabi.

We have obtained US Visa last week. How we can update our file because US Visa will support our visit visa application.

Your advice, please???

Recently someone I know applied from the middle east , even with a US visa it took them about 33 days for an update . They received a passport request a few days back. Yours should be coming soon. All the best.

I am unaware of any way for updating the file.
