Is there any law or amendment pending in parliament that might put conditions on this mobility rights for PNs? I am not sure where provinces have jurisdiction versus federal protections. Once the CBSA officer says "You are now PR", if someone just cancels their onward flight to the nominated province and status in Toronto, then what might happen?
I found the following link and went to section on Intention to Reside. I haven't looked at the sections A44(1)reps R87(2)(b) A40(1)(a) this link mentions, but it might be useful to do so.

don't worry, if you are a FSW, then you may expect a status update soon. there are many Jan AORs still haven't had any news.

Application processing time is calculated from the date of your AOR, not the date of your ITA. Considering that you received your ITA on 27th January, the 6 months average processing time has not elapsed yet for your application. You need not start worrying yet, many applicants with >6 months since AOR are also waiting. Good luck!

+1 please, if you found my post helpful.
