2282 JOB DUTIES WOULDN'T MATCH

I work as a cable tech support agent(Phone Support). As per I assume my job category falls under NOC 2282. I am about to finish a year in a month and planning to apply cec under 2282, how ever I'm worried that my job duties do not include computers but cable equipment's(dta's, HD cable boxes, Digital boxes etc). Am I still eligible to apply under 2282? Thank you in advance. ??? ???

That's unfortunate for you..But your duties MUST match with the NOC2282..

Have you looked into NOC [ 7247 Cable television service and maintenance technicians ] ?

iam_toby@ Thank you for your reply. Yes I checked that out as well but 7247 is for field workers, for example installation workers and stuff. I'm in phone/email support only.
